We are looking for a personal assistant to support one of our Senior Executives based at our headquarters in Baar.

This position involves additional responsibility for supporting a small number of functional leaders as well as a team.

The main tasks and responsibilities

  • Organisation of meetings, conferences and events as well as arranging and coordinating schedules

  • Facilitating travel arrangements including flight schedules, visa requirements, accommodation and transfer bookings for the functional leads and for visitors, as required

  • Preparation of regular reports, such as expenses and minutes of meetings

  • General administrative tasks such as invoice management and processing, preparing memos and other correspondence

Minimum requirements

  • A solid educational background

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position in an international and multicultural environment

  • Fluent in English (corporate language)

  • Holding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH / EU
