Glencore is committed to creating a safer and more secure trading environment, by offering our counterparties a new invoice verification service: Trakk by Komgo.

Trakk is a tool that provides the opportunity to trace and authenticate digital documents on a secure network, via a QR code, to help manage operational risk. Trakk will protect against fraud by allowing our counterparties the opportunity to certify all Glencore invoices that contain this QR code. Trakk has been rolled out gradually across all Oil Marketing operations throughout 2021, and we aim to complete this roll-out in 2022.
