Glencore Copper is seeking an HR IT Solutions Expert SAP to support the growth and development of our global Copper Portfolio to be based in Santiago, Chile.

Our Team

The Global Human Capital team is a recently established function supporting existing and future operations and projects. The team is fundamental in delivering best practice Human Capital performance and long-term strategy at our assets, as well as enabling Glencore’s robust Human Capital plans.

The Opportunity

The role will bring HR business process knowledge with proficiency and experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. The person will work closely with the HR Business delivering changes, training and system fixes.  

This role represents a significant opportunity to work in a high-performance team while supporting world class operations and projects globally.

In this role you will:

•    Be the subject matter expert in HR Business processes, preferably Time, Payroll, and Masterdata Management.

•    Provide expert knowledge to provide support to SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

•    Participate in SAP and SuccessFactors implementation projects for global services delivery.

•    Develop IT interfaces and IT solutions architecture.

•    Build SAP or SuccessFactors authorizations within the organization.

•    Build and design reports.

•    Provide communication and change management for HR IT solutions.

About the profile: Your training, skills & expertise checklist

•    Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar preferred.

•    Minimum 5+ years high level experience in HRIT solutions.

•    At least 3 years in a multiculture team delivering SAP and SuccessFactors solutions.

•    SAP HCM and SuccessFactors expertise preferably in Time, Payroll and Masterdata.

•    Familiarity with SNOW. 

•    Process oriented analytical way of work.

•    Ability to be customer oriented and business driven to respond to requirements from across the HR business. 

•    Fluent in English.
