Glencore Copper is seeking a Senior SAP Plant Maintenance to establish, implement and maintain the SAP PM Module and comply with related Asset Management Framework. 

In addition, responsible to support the SAP PM module, adherence to Governance Processes and SLA monitoring, as well as Stake Holder management


In this role you will be responsible for:


•    Design, implement and maintain the SAP PM Module using best practices.

•    Act as the subject matter expert for SAP PM concepts and functionality.

•    Provide Level 3 support in the SAP S/4 PM space to global PM BPO, site SME’s and End Users – Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Refurbishment and Master Data.

•    Determine business requirements (e.g., Functional and Technical, information needs, business processes) through information-gathering sessions.

•    Analyze information gathered, document business requirements and map to SAP PM business processes.

•    Coordinate functional testing: knowledge of, and ability to use, testing methodologies, processes, and tools, including unit, integration, regression and dry run testing.

•    Coordinate execution of project tasks in the SAP PM space.

•    Provide support for SAP PM processes business applications or infrastructure in order to maintain operational productivity levels.

•    Involve in an on-going SAP global rollout.

•    Collaborate closely with global PM BPO and End Users on SAP system queries and problem solving.

•    Be informed of recent developments in the field of SAP PM and determine relevance to the current solution, review and adopt if necessary.

•    Provide Level 3 support to global PM BPO, site SME’s and End Users as required.

•    Perform system changes and configuration.

•    Ensure all SAP PM documentation are kept up to date.

•    Provide Training to global PM BPO and SMEs on relevant upskilling requirements.

•    Collate, asses, execute, implement and report on SAP PM Incidents (Tickets) details.

•    Manage SAP PM Transports between different SAP instances.

•    Analyze and implement Business Process improvements as required.

•    SAP PM process monitoring related to Business Processes.

•    Collaborate and engage with global PM BPO (Business Process Owners).

•    Execute, implement and support SAP systems upgrades.


About the profile: Your training, skills & expertise checklist

•    BSc / BCom Degree or Diploma equivalent.

•    SAP PM/EAM Certification.

•    S/4 Hana Experience.

•    Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels.

•    Ability to function across a global environment with different time-zones and countries.

•    8 years of PM experience plus at least 3 full cycle implementations and 1 S/4 HANA full cycle implementation.

•    Understanding and working experience on Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Refurbishment and Master Data.

•    Understanding the function of time-zones, currencies and the impact of it on the different SAP PM Objects.

•    Confidence and ability to make recommendations for selection of appropriate SAP PM Business Processes
