Our commercial programme is designed to accelerate the careers of outstanding graduates who have an entrepreneurial outlook and a genuine interest in the world of commodities trading.
It tests and develops your commercial aptitude and prepares you for roles on our trading desks. Successful candidates provide front-line support to traders within risk management, analytics, operations, with opportunities to rotate into other teams. There may also be opportunities to gain experience within our physical assets business, offering insight into a crucial part of commodity trading.
