This policy outlines our approach to our engagement and participation in society and is integrated across the business through a range of standards, procedures and processes.

It aligns with the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) Mining Principles and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and has been developed with input from people across the Glencore Group, social science experts, and community members in our host countries.
